Please be aware our handmade products are all going to vary slightly because they are not made by a machine.  We take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our page and inviting our art into your home.


All orders are despatched the next working day at the latest.

The only variation of this would be if something was made to order or out of stock in which case we endeavour to get you your products as soon as we possibly can.  In this situation delivery times will be pointed out in an email.


Shipping is dependent on your product(s).  We mail a variety of things so a Tea Towel or Greetings card will vary in shipping costs to a Lampshade or Lampbase.  We constantly source the best prices and services for delivery to keep this element of costs down.  At checkout your carriage costs will be calculated.  

You are more than welcome to pick up in person or request delivery in The Purbeck area at no additional cost by emailing me.

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition. Please see below for full terms and conditions.


In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, please contact us as soon as you are in receipt by phone or email and we will arrange for an exchange. 

  •  We are happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These products include made to order items.

  • Products returned to us must be in a resaleable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached.

  • With the exception of faulty goods LW Art is not responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We always advise that you obtain a certificate of postage.

  • Please allow us up to 5 working days from receipt for your return to be processed. 

  • Goods purchased online can be returned in person to Corfe Castle, Dorset 

  • Please email to advise us of your reason for return.
